In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language for all disputes and interpretations.

To register for and use a 498pkr account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 498pkr strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. CNIC-based identity verification is required to validate age before any withdrawal can be processed. Providing false documentation to circumvent this requirement constitutes fraud.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law and must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an existing 498pkr account. Each individual is entitled to maintain only one account. Opening additional accounts is a breach of these Terms regardless of the payment method or identity details used.
• No Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through the 498pkr responsible gaming system or any other gambling platform exclusion scheme that 498pkr participates in.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide to 498pkr must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You must notify 498pkr promptly if any of your registered details change, particularly your mobile number and payment account details.

Registration for a 498pkr account requires the provision of a valid Pakistani mobile number, a password, and acceptance of these Terms. By completing registration, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.

498pkr accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which transact natively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) without any currency conversion: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency), and Visa/Mastercard.

• The minimum deposit at 498pkr is PKR 200 for most supported payment methods. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted at 498pkr's discretion.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method owned and registered to the account holder. 498pkr does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Using a payment account registered to another individual is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• 498pkr does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits. Individual payment providers — particularly traditional bank transfer services — may impose their own transaction charges independently of 498pkr.
• Deposit credits are applied to your PKR balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit within seconds. Bank transfer deposits credit within the same business day during banking hours in Pakistan.
• 498pkr is not responsible for delays in deposit processing caused by the payment service provider, network outages on Pakistani mobile networks (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone), or banking system maintenance periods.

Withdrawal requests at 498pkr are subject to identity verification, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and the conditions set out in this clause. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible.

• Verification Prerequisite: A withdrawal cannot be processed until your identity has been verified through the KYC process described in Clause 3.1. Initiating verification proactively at account registration rather than waiting until your first withdrawal request will avoid processing delays.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank withdrawals process same-day during Pakistani banking hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals process within one hour of approval.
• Bonus Wagering Conditions: Bonus Funds in your account are subject to wagering requirements before they convert to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in bonus funds being forfeited, with only the qualifying real money component released.
• Suspicious Activity Holds: 498pkr reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional identity or source-of-funds verification where a transaction triggers compliance screening. Players will be notified of any such hold and the documentation required to release it.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 498pkr Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 498pkr reserves the right to take any of the actions described in Clause 9 in response to any of the following:

• Registering under a false identity, using another person's CNIC, or providing fraudulent documentation at any stage of the verification process.
• Accessing the 498pkr Platform while subject to a valid self-exclusion order.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal financial activity.
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes, manipulate sports betting markets, or share information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform in a manner that constitutes or facilitates a criminal offence under any applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, modify, or disrupt the 498pkr Platform, its software, payment systems, or any connected infrastructure.
• Exploiting any technical bug, error, or misconfiguration in the Platform to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages beyond what normal gameplay would produce. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of bugs are void and must be repaid if withdrawn.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive conduct toward 498pkr support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

498pkr reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring. The following remedies may be applied individually or in combination depending on the severity of the breach:

• Temporary restriction: Limiting deposits, withdrawals, or game access pending investigation of a suspected breach.
• Bonus forfeiture: Voiding all active Bonus Funds and associated winnings where bonus abuse or multiple account use is established.
• Winnings void: Declaring all or part of a Player's winnings void where they were obtained through prohibited conduct, exploitation of bugs, or use of automated software.
• Account closure: Permanent termination of the account with return of verified Real Money Balance after deduction of any amounts owed to 498pkr.
• Legal referral: Reporting of suspected criminal conduct to relevant Pakistani or international authorities.

Where 498pkr takes action against an account, the affected Player will be notified at the registered mobile number or via account messaging. Players may dispute any account action by contacting the 498pkr support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the action being taken.

498pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing Pakistani players with the tools necessary to maintain control over their gaming activity. Gambling at 498pkr is intended solely as a form of entertainment and must not be used as a means of generating income or addressing financial difficulties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 498pkr's liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• 498pkr does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond 498pkr's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.
• 498pkr is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• 498pkr is not responsible for losses arising from a Player's voluntary use of automated betting strategies, reliance on third-party betting advisory services, or misunderstanding of game rules.
• The maximum aggregate liability of 498pkr to any individual Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 498pkr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by 498pkr's negligence.

The 498pkr Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 498pkr makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or accuracy of any information displayed within the Platform beyond what is required by applicable law and international gaming compliance standards.

498pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments materially affect Player rights or obligations, 498pkr will provide reasonable notice through account messaging and/or SMS notification to the registered mobile number before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the 498pkr Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
